The Mountain Trike (MT) eTrike is a powered version of the MT5 Mountain Trike, featuring electric assist.

Suited to a wide range of users who would like some assistance to travel off road or active users who want to go further, faster or tackle more challenging terrain.

The eTrike compliments the existing range of Mountain Trikes available from Beyond Mobility and ideal for everyday outdoor use - whether it be on muddy woodland trail, on a trip to the shops, a walk in the park.

The eTrike has the flexibility to be ridden in three different ways:

  1. Manual propulsion by pushing the drive levers - this allows the rider to have clean, dry hands whatever the weather.
  2. Power assist by using the twist or thumb throttle.
  3. Hybrid - by pushing drive levers and twisting throttle simultaneously.

This revolutionary hybrid all terrain wheelchair gives you the ability to combine manual propulsion with electric power assist as and when you want.

The distance range will depend on conditions, user weight, speed and terrain, but as a rough guide between 8 and 20 miles.

All Mountain Trike products come with a 3 year manufacturer warranty and a wide selection of colour choices.

If you already own a Mountain Trike, we offer an electric assist 'eKit' which can be fitted to your existing Trike.

Note: None of our all terrain Mountain Trike wheelchairs are crash tested and therefore should not be sat in while travelling in a vehicle. However, all our Trikes can be folded to a cube and fit into the boot of a normal sized hatchback.
