Returns & Refunds

All of our Powerchairs, Manual Wheelchairs, Power Assist Devices and any other power Mobility product such as Mobility Scooters benefit from a free home demonstration to determine suitability. 

By placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. You are also confirming that you have received a satisfactory demonstration of the product and that it meets your needs. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact us before placing an order.

The powerchairs / powered wheelchairs that we offer are all bespoke, custom made solutions that are tailored to each and every user and their needs. Once the 50% Non-Refundable deposit is received by us and the order is placed with the manufacturer, we cannot refund the the deposit - regardless of situation, whether death, traumatic injury, change of heart etc. The balance will then be due when the product is received by us and is ready for handover. We will of course, endeavour to work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.

All other Powered Mobility Items such as Mobility Scooters are not held in stock, and are ordered in specifically for each customer following a suitable home demonstration and acceptance of our terms of service. Once the payment is received by us and the order is placed with the manufacturer, we cannot offer a refund - regardless of situation, whether death, traumatic injury, change of heart etc. The balance will then be due when the product is received by us and is ready for handover. We will of course, endeavour to work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.

Items that are not of a personal nature and that have not been custom made or customised to your requirements can be returned for exchange or a refund within 7 days of receipt. Any costs involved in returning any products will be met by you, unless the items are damaged or faulty when received. The items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, items that are of a personal nature can not be returned, this includes Cushions, Backrests, and any other seating & positioning solution. 

Items that are custom made or otherwise customised can not be returned. Postage, packaging, or any other shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is being returned because it is faulty.

Faulty or damaged goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, complete and, wherever possible, with the original packaging.  We cannot accept an item returned as faulty or damaged if reasonable care of the product has not been taken, or where instructions relating to the use of the product have not been followed or where the damage caused to the product is due to wear and tear or misuse.

Refunds for approved returns will be provided to you by BACS or credit card refund.
To return any products to us, please clearly indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer
