The national speed limit for a class 3 vehicle is 4mph when used on a pavement. So, if your powerchair can go 6mph or 8mph, be sure to lower the speed on pavements.

Are Powerchairs waterproof?

Powerchairs are not 'waterproof'.

Powerchairs will adhere to the relevant ISO standards for water resitance - but, you should be careful when using your powerchair in wet weather.
