The Omobic Brake Mounting Clamp is designed to fit your brakes / wheel locks to your wheelchair.
The Omobic wheel locks feature a 19mm diameter, and can be installed onto wheelchair with either a 25mm Tube diameter, or, 30mm Tube Diameter using these clamps.
