Beyond Mobility is growing — and we're looking for our next engineer.

Over the past year we've expanded our team, added to our fleet, and grown our partnerships with leading global mobility manufacturers. Demand for our complex rehab and sports mobility work keeps building — and to keep delivering the standard of service our clients deserve, we need another great engineer on the team.

What you'll be doing

• Configuring, servicing, and repairing powerchairs, power assist devices, and specialist mobility equipment — in our Liskeard workshop and out in the field.
• Visiting clients across the South West for assessments, trials, deliveries, and handovers.
• Working alongside Occupational Therapists and healthcare professionals on genuinely life-changing equipment.

Who we're looking for

• Someone practical and hands-on — your background might be mobility equipment, automotive, e-bikes, electronics, or general engineering. Attitude and aptitude matter more than sector experience.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Someone reliable, punctual, and great with people — our clients often have complex needs, and how you treat them matters as much as your technical skill.
